100% Pinot Grigio
Shale and decomposed rock soils, with drip irrigation delivering a production of
8 tons/ha. Grapes harvested at 19 degrees Celsius balling, during this warm vintage to preserve more green flavours.
Grapes were gently pressed and juice fermented at 12 degrees Celsius.
This is an unwooded and lighter style wine.
Pear and apricot avours are complemented by fresh, ripe tropical fruit aromas. The wine is fresh and crisp, presenting great minerality on the palate.
