Cellar: Fermented at 24 ºC in stainless steel, transferred to barrels after malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Intense red centre with a lively red rim. Plums, red berries and integrated oak aromas. On the palate the wine has elegant, tannins and a dry finish with spicy and oaky notes. This is the maiden release of Waverley Hills Pinotage.
